WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
Your workday will primarily be during the first shift. While this will be your usual schedule, there may be times when after-hours support is needed to assist customers and technicians.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As the HVAC Manager - Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of our residential and commercial service departments. Your day will include fielding inbound requests for service, repair, and installation, while also dispatching and scheduling technicians to meet customer needs. Clear communication with field personnel will be a cornerstone of your responsibilities, helping to maintain a smooth and organized workflow.
You will proactively handle outbound calls to schedule appointments, oversee departmental timekeeping, and manage customer HVAC-R memberships. Additionally, you'll review and follow up on jobs and projects to ensure no detail is overlooked. Additionally, you will collaborate with the construction department as needed.
