Your workday will primarily be during the first shift. While this will be your usual schedule, there may be times when after-hours support is needed to assist customers and technicians.
YOUR DAY
As the HVAC Service Coordinator, you will serve as the central point of coordination for our service operations. Each day, you will oversee the scheduling and dispatching of technicians to address service, repair, and installation requests. You will handle inbound service calls, follow up on customer projects, and manage the organization of customer HVAC-R memberships.
Your role will also include maintaining accurate department timekeeping and coordinating with field personnel to ensure seamless execution of jobs. Additionally, you will collaborate with the construction department as needed.

- 2 years of service coordination
- 2 years of dispatching experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- College education
- Microsoft Outlook product knowledge
- Dispatch or logistics software proficiency
- Mandatory relocation is required with relocation financial assistance for the following Market Locations:
