THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A COMMERCIAL HVAC ESTIMATOR
As a full-time Commercial HVAC Estimator, you will work onsite or remotely, Monday through Friday, from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM . Enjoy a stable schedule while contributing to a team dedicated to excellence in HVAC services.
As a Commercial HVAC Estimator, you will play a critical role in our success. You will analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare precise take-offs and cost estimates. You will develop purchasing strategies to maximize client value while ensuring cost efficiency. Your days will include collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, general contractors, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing. You will estimate labor and material costs, attend pre-bid meetings, and participate in negotiations. You will ensure excellence in project delivery by implementing best practices and upholding ethical business behavior across all relationships.
