Position Summary: subject matter expert for our NetSuite | Oracle | BlueCollar Saas solution; the position includes business and workflow analysis, process and workflow improvement, as well as project management. Additionally, the role will provide supervisor and end-user training, support, troubleshooting, permissions mapping and general platform oversight. The secondary job duty/role will include Accounts Payable (A/P Specialist).
Duties and Expectations:
Information system management, platform building, and oversight, promote user accountability, lead continuous learning anticipating updates, team collaboration, best practices implementation.
- Administrative support

- Utilize AI expertise and integrate into existing business systems and products
- Strong people and communication skills, both written and spoken
- Work well in a team, as a project manager lead and/or independently

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization's NetSuite|Oracle|BlueCollar network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of controllers and configurations.
- Configure and troubleshoot business protocols to support company operations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance communication and resolve workflow issues.
- Provide support for NetSuite|Oracle|BlueCollar and system administration for tasks across business units.
- Champion change management and lead with a positive, solution forward approach.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a tech space environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Data Sciences or a related field.
- Project management (Google, ACP, PMI) certification helpful or desire to secure during the first year.
Working Conditions: Office environment (on-site).
Compensation: Salary starting at $80,000 per year including health insurance, benefits and paid time off.
