Spray Technician
Position Summary: The Spray Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the health and aesthetics of GGC landscapes by applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. Onsite (90%), shop (10%).
Duties, responsibilities and expectations:
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides on residential and commercial landscape projects.

Safely operate all company equipment, participate in maintenance and equipment upkeep.
- Maintain a clean work vehicle, report any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
- Wear PPE at all times. Safety is required.
- Inventory record keeping, responsible for accurate records.
- Frequent collaboration and communication with multiple crews and projects.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player, willing to work overtime hours as/if needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Pesticide applicator license or willing to obtain upon hire.
- 1-3 years of industry or related industry experience, such as: horticulture, landscape or golf course.
- Knowledge of applicable industry standards.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Working Conditions: work is performed outside in the Montana weather, expect seasonal variability, must be able to sustain full days of physical labor, and lift 30-50 lbs. consistently.
Compensation: Wages are dependent on experience, starting at $25 - $35 an hour
