Job description;
The Client Care Coordinator is responsible to coordinate and maintain scheduling for Greater Home Health Services clients and staff.
Kannapolis NC
M-F 8AM-5PM
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling staff caregivers to client cases.
- Management of caregiver time sheets – comparing with known schedules and shifts.
- Support for caregiver recruitment.
- Ensuring all required documentation is received upon new hire and updated at annual renewal.
- Maintains staff and client database (e.g. employee assessments, dates and reminders of TB, client admission, client hospital admission and discharge).
- Performs general office duties including but not limited to word processing, photocopies, files, shreds, sort/distributes mail, provides reception and telephone services.
- Must be Certified Nurse Assistance CNA
