Coaches must have experience in the specific sport he/she is applying for, knowledge of total body conditioning, and follow all policies and procedures within the MIAA & GLTS. Display positive character, promote sportsmanship on /off the field, develop leadership skills, street the importance of academics, coordinate community service activity (s), and build pride within their program.
