What are the responsibilities and job description for the SY 2025-2026 Summer - Introduction to Electrical Adult Education Instrucotr position at Greater Lawrence Technical School?
Instructor for an up to 250-hour Introduction to Electrical training for unemployed/underemployed adults that will be conducted during the day. The purpose is to prepare trainees for positions in local industry. Should include OSHA 10, Hilti Firestop & Direct Fastener, and Hotworks certifications (taught online or by another instructor if needed. The Instructor will schedule. Position may be shared by more than one instructor.

Salary:
$70/hr. for up to 250 hours of instruction
$50/hr. for prep time, 1 hour of prep time per full-day class
Dates:
June 26th, 2025 – anticipated end date August 14th
The training schedule will be Mon. through Thurs. 8 am – 4 pm in person in the GLTS shop. Total training time each week is 32 hours, and prep time each week is 4 hours.
Salary : $50 - $70
