What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title I Instructional Paraprofessional position at Greater Lowell Technical High School?
Overview:
The Title I Instructional Paraprofessional will assist Title 1 teachers in providing instruction to students. They will also be responsible for offering assistance with duties such as: implementing program objectives, monitoring student progress, providing suggestions for remediation, assisting with computer instruction, and administering of formal and informal assessment instruments amongst other assignments as requested by the ELA/ELE/Social Studies Cluster Chair.
Qualifications:
•Associate’s Degree Preferred (48 college credit hours of study, or passing Parapro or Workkey test are required prerequisites for employment.)
•Experience as an Instructional Paraprofessional, especially in a multi-cultural setting
•Experience working with adolescents
Salary : $28,668 - $50,948
