The Remote or Office Call Center Agent will play a critical role in enhancing communication and the overall patient experience.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from patients and healthcare professionals
- Collect and verify patient information accurately
- Schedule appointments and provide necessary follow-up
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services
- Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders and follow-ups
- Support the coordination of care with other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Prioritize and manage high call volumes efficiently
