Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Information Clerk to join our dedicated team at GMBH. This role can be performed remotely or out of our office, based on the preference of the candidate. As an Information Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and organized records, processing client information, and handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper records for client information
- Process and verify client intake forms and insurance information
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and take messages as needed
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and follow-up appointments for clients
- Assist in data entry and generating reports as requested
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and order when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times
