In the role of Football Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Act as the designated first aider on-site, responding to accidents and incidents
- Open and close the facility (pitches and pavilions) as a responsible key holder
- Prepare activity areas and equipment to meet the day’s programme requirements
- Create a welcoming and positive first impression for all customers
- Respond to customer requests in a polite and respectful manner
- Handle pitch booking enquiries and process payments
- Inspect pitches prior to use, ensuring safety and readiness
- Clean all areas within the pavilion as required
- Report faults or health and safety concerns to the line manager
To be successful in the role of Football Development Coordinator, you must have:
- Preferably hold a First Aid at Work qualification (although training can be provided for the right candidate)
- While it is preferable for candidates to already hold a DBS, we are able to provide support in obtaining one if necessary
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service
- Enthusiastic and approachable
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- A desire to develop and progress within the role

- Monday: 16:45–22:15 (5.5 hours)
- Tuesday: 16:45–22:15 (5.5 hours)
- Thursday: 16:45–22:15 (5.5 hours)
- Friday: 16:45–22:15 (5.5 hours)
- Sunday: 08:45–17:15 (8.5 hours)
