Account Executive

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales initiatives, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities within the market and leveraging sales strategies to meet client needs.

Duties

• Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
• Develop effective sales strategies tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Meet with Potential Clients Face to Face
• Utilize Systems for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability in business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Meet with clients daily to manage their accounts
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
• A team-oriented mindset with leadership qualities that inspire collaboration and success.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $72,580.00 - $81,190.00 per year
