Job Summary
The project clerk will provide administrative and clerical support to help execute the MAGnet-HCCN project activities efficiently. Working closely with the Project Coordinator, the Project Clerk will help maintain documentation, track project details, and support communication between team members and stakeholders. Additionally, the project clerk will assist in organizing education sessions, researching potential subject matter experts, and coordinating training logistics.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documents, reports, and records
- Support scheduling meetings, taking notes, and distributing meeting minutes.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for project documentation.
Qualifications
- Must have an associate's degree
