Overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Movers to join our team. As a Mover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' belongings are transported safely and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. If you have experience in driving box trucks or commercial vehicles and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you!

Duties

• Load and unload furniture and other items from trucks or storage facilities.
• Safely drive box trucks or other vehicles to transport items to designated locations.
• Operate manual transmission vehicles when required.
• Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts for heavy lifting and moving tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients.
• Follow designated routes for deliveries while adhering to safety regulations.
• Assist in packing and unpacking items as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the vehicle and at job sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in moving, courier services, or related fields is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive box trucks; commercial driving experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles effectively.
• Strong physical capability to perform heavy lifting tasks (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and forklifts is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and routes as necessary.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.13 - $18.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

Shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Work Days:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Salary : $17 - $18
