Join our team as a Infant Teacher/ After-Care and make a difference in the lives of young children. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for early childhood education to nurture and educate our preschool students.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of preschool-aged children.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.
- Provide individualized attention to each child and support their unique learning needs.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for students.
**Skills:**
- Experience working with children in a childcare, daycare, or educational setting.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and early childhood education principles.
- Certification in first aid is preferred.
- Background in babysitting, sports coaching, theater, or special education is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with young learners.
