What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administration/loadout (Heartland Proteins) position at Greater Omaha Packing Co.?
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production:
- unloading and loading trucks
- loading rail cars
- loading trucks at Progressive Proteins
- Collecting samples from inbound and outbound product
- Hammer mill screen and magnet cleaning.
- Company vehicles that will be operated include pickup truck, shag, and JCB front end loader. Manual pallet jack is also used on occasion.
Housekeeping and Sanitation:
- sweeping all areas of plant
- using leaf blower to clean all areas of plant
- emptying garbage bins
- trash pickup on all outside areas of plant
restroom cleaning and stocking of supplies
The following PPE is required while performing normal job duties:
- Hard hat
- Hearing protection- ear plugs or ear muffs
- Steel/safety toe work boots
- Leather and nitrile gloves
- Lockout/Tagout lock
