We are seeking an experienced Leave & Benefits Analyst to manage leave administration, ADA accommodations, and benefits support. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits and for employees and managers regarding leave administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and ensure compliance with leave of absence programs, including FMLA, PWFA, ADA, military leave, and personal leave.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, enrollment questions, and issue resolution.
- Partner with Human Resources and Plant Operations to support leave and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate leave and benefits data in the HRIS and generate reports as needed.
- Manage medical support order administration.
- Lead weekly benefits orientation sessions for new employees.
- Assist with ADA accommodation requests, including interactive process facilitation and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve leave and benefits policies and processes.
- Train and support HR team members on leave, benefits, and compliance matters.
- Serve as a backup for benefits administration.
- Participate in employee engagement events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HRIS, benefits, and leave management systems.
- Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and related leave and accommodation laws.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
Highly Desirable Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing or a similar environment.
- Spanish bilingual preferred.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Work Environment:
- Combination of corporate and manufacturing settings.
- Occasional exposure to cold, humid conditions, airborne particles, and moderate noise levels.
Schedule:
- Flexibility required; typical working hours between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
