What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Services Supervisor - LPN position at Greater Portland Health?
We are expanding our Healthcare for the Homeless team and seek a Licensed Practical Nurse to supervise our clinical support team. The CSS-LPN will serve as a member of the care team to provide clinical and administrative services to providers and other health professionals to ensure the seamless flow of patient care. The person in this role will also provide supervision to the Clinical Team Assistants and Medical Assistants on their care team.
Requirements :
- Licensed at an LPN level by the State of Maine Board of Nursing
- Knowledge of clinical standards, practices, and procedures for managing at-risk / high-risk patient populations
- At least 2 years' supervisory experience in a medical setting is highly preferred
