About the Role:
The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce seeks a highly organized and customer-focused Member Services Specialist to ensure our members have the resources and support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and assist Chamber members on membership benefits.
- Manage and update member information in the Chamber's database.
- Support member engagement through digital marketing efforts and social media.
- Respond to member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and assist with member events and activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with database management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Details:
- Part-time: 20-25 hours per week.
- Location: In-person at our office in Rochester, NH.
