Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately obtain, release, and document medical records in compliance with confidentiality laws.
- Promptly respond to medical records requests from insurance companies and medical providers.
- Utilize our EMR systems to manage patient information and access older records from various storage systems as needed.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient care and assist in patient outreach efforts.
- Support the primary care team in meeting Quality Improvement goals.
- Adhere to HIPAA, confidentiality, and performance improvement guidelines.
- Maintain an organized inventory of medical records supplies and troubleshoot office equipment issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the department.

Benefits
