Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Starting at $19.75 per hour

Greater Seacoast Community Health is seeking a Patient Service Navigator/New Patient Coordinator to join our Call Center team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for new patients while also assisting with inbound calls to ensure seamless and supportive patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for individuals interested in becoming patients.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering calls in a friendly, professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling, patient registration, and coordination of required documentation.
- Educate and connect potential patients with our available services and resources.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and call center software to document patient interactions accurately.
- Ensure timely and efficient follow-up on voicemails and inquiries.
- Support patients by answering questions, clarifying information, and escalating concerns as needed.

- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills & Abilities: Strong customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

All regularly scheduled employees working at least 32 hours per week are eligible to receive full benefits; those working 24-31 hours per week will receive prorated benefits. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
