Position Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Develop and manage integrated campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail to optimize key metrics (e.g., deliverability, open rates, click through rates, and conversions).
- Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, customer profiles, and pain points, designing customized CRM campaigns with actionable recommendations.
- Manage audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, deployment, and performance optimization for CRM campaigns. Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end CRM campaign management. Analyze campaign data to adjust strategies in real time, enhancing customer journeys, content, and messaging cadence.
- Leverage CRM, customer data platforms (CDP), and predictive analytics to personalize messaging and improve targeting at every customer lifecycle stage.
- Stay updated on CRM technologies. Recommend enhancements to marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo). Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of technologies.
- Monitor CRM performance metrics, measure ROI, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement in collaboration with Analytics team.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM) and best practices, conducting A / B tests to refine strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements, introducing automation strategies and tools to enhance efficiency and results.
