- Remain at the forefront in changes to the healthcare media landscape including changes in platforms, providers, policies, procedures, and potential.
- Develop pilot programs for our clients, with a particular emphasis on new media.
- Educate the agency and client teams on the media landscape, including best practices.
- Set media strategies across all business channels for the agency clients.
- Assess competitive media strategies and opportunities for client whitespace ownership/competitive advantages.
- Participate in new business opportunities that help fuse content, channel, and technology, including RFP, organic, and purposeful pursuit growth.
- Curate media partner relationships and enterprise-level media strategic alliances.
- Ensure media measurement strategies and business optimization are in place for each client.
- Lead media strategy from inception to activation, including C-suite level education, goals definition, and results presentations.
- Develop key insights that inform the direction of campaign performance including targeting, channel, and content.
- Leverage micro and macro trends across media and culture to identify connection opportunities.
- Work with creative/content strategists to build out a measurable framework for awareness, consideration, and intent through the modern marketing funnel.
- Recommend media channels across the PESO ecosystem to best support campaign objectives and customer activation.
- Ensure media strategy supports the business bottom line and is a revenue generator.
- Collaborate across agency disciplines on all media strategy.
- Bachelors degree in a related field and minimum of 6-8 years media planning and buying experience, or equivalent combination
- Healthcare/pharma brand experience required
- Strong digital expertise including knowledge of ad operations and technology
- Experience in offline channels such as broadcast and print required
- Deep publisher relationships and experience leading senior buying negotiations
- B2C Marketing/B2B Marketing/Google Ads experience
- Business Development experience
- Proven strong Web Analytics/Data Analysis experience
- Global experience a plus
