Position Title: Behavioral Health Therapist- LCPC, LMFT, LCSW

This position is hiring immediately and requires full licensure in the state of Montana as an LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW. This is a clinic-based, 40-hour per week position, with opportunities to provide individual, family, and/or group therapies. Preference will be given to applicants with a background in trauma-informed care, as well as to applicants with two-plus years of experience working in a mental health setting. Primary duties and responsibilities of the Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist:
Diagnosing and providing therapeutic treatment to community members with mental disorders and psychosocial difficulties.
Assessing and planning for the social requirements of individuals through consultative contacts in individual or group sessions.
Working with primary care team to treat and manage patients with chronic emotional and/or health problems efficiently and effectively.
Working with primary care providers to refer patients to other health care specialists as appropriate, in an integrated primary care setting.
Assisting in the detection of “at risk” patients and development of plans to prevent further psychological or physical deterioration. Engaging in appropriate de-escalation and crisis intervention, as needed.
Developing and maintaining patient care plans in a timely manner and engaging with evidence-based practices to ensure linkage of interventions to treatment goals.
Attending and participating in meetings and Quality Improvement activities as required.
