As a Private Duty Nurse at Greater Vision Healthcare, you will:
- Implement physicians’ care plans and provide timely, compliant documentation.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
- Teach and empower families to support their loved ones.
- Communicate with physicians, Case Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.
✔ Active RN/LPN license in the state of Florida.
