Job Title: Team Lead/Brand Ambassador
Job Description:
We are hiring Team Leads/Brand Ambassadors to help develop and implement growth strategies. This role involves managing team members, supporting clients, and promoting products and services to meet sales goals. Successful candidates are strong communicators, proactive leaders, and team players who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations and complete assigned tasks
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills
- Learn company practices, policies, and protocols
- Greet and assist team members and customers
- Provide accurate product information, including pricing and features
- Facilitate purchasing decisions through product comparisons
- Promote additional products through cross-selling
- Handle merchandise returns in a professional manner
- Respond to customer and team member inquiries
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
- Interest in leadership and strong team-building skills
- Basic understanding of sales and office operations
- Excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships
- Ability to achieve sales targets consistently
- Capability to lead and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older as required by state law
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus
