Your Role:
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Support day-to-day operations
- Participate in meetings and workshops
- Learn from experienced staff members
- Acquire knowledge of company practices, policies, and protocols
- Welcome and guide team members and customers
- Provide accurate information on product features and pricing
- Assist in conducting price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchases
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience
- Manage merchandise returns
- Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries from team members and customers
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service
Our Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience preferred, not required
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and interest
- Basic understanding of office and sales operations
- Excellent communication skills conducive to building trust-based relationships
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Ability to thrive and lead in fast-paced environments
- Must be 18 years or older as required by law
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields is a plus
