Position Overview
The Retail Event Sales Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that drive sales, engage customers, and enhance brand visibility within the store. You will lead a team of sales associates, ensure smooth event operations, and create an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute retail events that align with the brand’s goals.
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates during event execution, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Collaborate with store leadership and the marketing team to create promotional strategies and event materials.
- Set and achieve sales targets for each event, tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Ensure that all events are delivered on time and within budget, adhering to company guidelines.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the product offerings and company initiatives to effectively engage customers.
- Foster a positive, motivating environment for the team, ensuring high morale and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales and event management, preferably within a leadership or management role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both customers and team members.
- Goal-oriented, with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 18 required by State Law
