This position provides strategic, flexible, and creative leadership for a user-oriented team extending resource sharing to the CSU community and beyond through interlibrary loans, course reserves, and document delivery services. The Head of Resource Sharing is responsible for defining department goals and adapting staffing plans and workflows in response to changing patron needs, technologies, and trends in the field.
