Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through inside sales efforts.
• Communicate effectively with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct retail sales activities, including presenting insurance products and services.
• Manage sales administration tasks, ensuring all client information is accurately documented.
• Engage in cross selling efforts to generate leads and follow up on potential clients.
• Negotiate terms of insurance policies to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
• Assist with Servicing account periodically.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong background in retail sales or insurance sales is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and best practices.
• Experience in telemarketing or lead generation is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions.
• Experience with an independent agency is preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $67,208.00 per year
