**Job Responsibilities:**

- Conduct pre-closing buyer inspections to ensure that homes meet our high standards.

- Walk through properties to identify construction deficiencies.

- Document findings and assign trades to address and complete pending items as outlined in the purchase contract.

- Continuously liaise with vendors and contractors, ensuring that all warranty items are completed and maintained during the warranty period of the home.

- Perform minor troubleshooting & other duties as needed in the homebuilding process.

**Qualifications:**

- Some background in construction or home improvement is essential.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify construction deficiencies.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proven ability to manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and home buyers.
