Position Concept: The role of Grounds Maintenance is integral in providing exceptional service to our Members. This position requires an individual who is not only pleasant, friendly, and outgoing but also enthusiastic about creating meaningful relationships with our Members and guests, ensuring they have a seamless experience with their membership. Knowledge, Skills and Traits:

• Perform duties with a positive attitude and professionalism
• Be able to work within a team

• Operate grounds equipment ( mowers, string trimmers, etc.)
