Job description
GreatLIFE Golf & Fitness is a leader in the Golf & Fitness industry with over 72 locations and growing with 7 locations in The Topeka Area. GreatLIFE is committed to providing excellent customer service to our members and guests. This includes CLEAN and well-maintained fitness centers and clubhouses. GreatLIFE team members work together to ensure the golf courses are in prestige condition. GreatLIFE has one (1) Full-Time position available in our GreatLIFE Corporate Office, 913 SE 29th St.
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
Work to generate new GreatLIFE Golf & Fitness Events and revenue at TopCity, GreatPLAY, New Ross Family Entertainment Center & our five Golf Course locations
Meet with all current Corporate Accounts annually to coordinate Events
Maintain positive relationships with all Corporate Accounts and Members
Attend all Corporate Partner events / Tournaments
Represent GreatLIFE at Community or Chamber events and any networking opportunities
Run all classes provided by Great Life including finding new classes and providing all information for classes to members.
Running Golf Leagues, Pickleball Leagues, and bowling Leagues, Top tracer Leagues.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to listen and follow instructions
Must have strong computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, Email and MS Teams
Must be able to represent GreatLIFE professionally
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Must have reliable transportation
Starting Pay $15.00-22.00/hr based on experience
Work hours Monday - Friday (35-40 hours per week) and Holidays during summer months
Weekend or evening work may be required.
Interested candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with all types and levels of people inside and outside our organization, have a pleasant phone voice and thick skin to absorb member concerns. Must be familiar with Facebook and other social media platforms. Interested candidates must be able to send and receive e-mail, and have the ability to learn, understand and navigate through our current Point of sale software/membership software.
