Osage National Golf Course located in Lake Ozark, Missouri is seeking a seasonal, part-time busser to join our Food and Beverage team. Please see a general job description below and should you feel your knowledge, education and experience could be a match, apply today!

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

This will be a seasonal position beginning in March 2025

Shifts: Afternoons and Evenings Thursday-Sunday

Job Description:

The busser is responsible for supporting the restaurant staff by clearing plates, trash and debris off tables within the designated area

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interacts with members and guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Clears all plates, silverware, glasses, trash and debris from tables upon the departure of guests.
• Uses best judgement to clear plates from members and guests as the finish their meals
• Follows appropriate sanitizing procedures to ensure tables are prepared for the next member or guest.
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, if applicable.
• Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.
• Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Helps fellow team members and other departments whenever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
• Designated area may include bar seating, indoor dining room/banquet seating or outside seating area depending on business needs.
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned.

Degree/Licenses:

No prior experience or training required.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, uses hands to finger feel or handle, and reaches with hands and arms. Regularly talks or hears. Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, tastes or smells. Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds and regularly lifts up to 50 pounds.
