Position Summary : Responsible for supporting Product Management by providing market analysis, aiding in sourcing product lines from international suppliers, managing new item set-up and tracking shipments.
Job Responsibilities :
- Creates RFQs to help source new items and update existing product lines
- Manages item set-up and content for new products / vendors
- Price shops competitors to aid product management team in reviewing the market space
- Reviews competitors’ marketing collateral to determine important selling points / features for packaging, sales sheets, and web content
- Works with e-commerce team to create advertising campaigns
- Collaborates with packaging team to create new packaging and manuals for new items
- Assists Logistics Manager by tracking shipments, reviewing / adjusting import information / set-up
- Assists QC team by confirming quality of samples
- Attends 2-3 industry shows / year
- Performs other duties as assigned
