- Deliver top-tier nursing care, including medication administration and treatment plans.
- Provide critical oversight for LTC, SNF, post-acute and respiratory care programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement resident care plans.
- Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions with precision and professionalism.
- Educate and support nursing team members, fostering skill growth and resident-centered care. What We're Looking For :
- A current RN license in Kansas, in good standing.
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or respiratory nursing.
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills, with a resident-centered approach.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
