• Assess & Treat Patients - Conduct evaluations within 24 hours of physician referral and create personalized treatment plans.
• Lead Rehabilitation Efforts - Supervise PT Assistants, provide training for Restorative Aides, and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Collaborate & Communicate - Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure patient progress and successful discharge planning.
• Maintain Compliance - Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Recommend Equipment - Facilitate necessary mobility aids like walkers, braces, and grab bars for patient independence. What You Bring :
• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing with the KS state board.
• Education - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Strong Communication Skills - Ability to educate patients, families, and staff.
• Tech-Savvy - Experience with therapy documentation systems (Casamba, PointClickCare) preferred.
