Lead with Compassion : Supervise and guide RN or LVN / LPN Nurses, Treatment Nurses, CMAs / CNAs to deliver prompt, quality care.Provide Skilled Care : Perform assessments, administer IVs, and manage resident treatments with precision and attention to detail.Support Resident Wellness : Assist residents in achieving their highest practicable level of self-care and independence.Communicate Effectively : Act as a liaison between physicians, healthcare providers, residents, and their families to ensure seamless care coordination.Monitor and Improve Care : Oversee care delivery, develop and review care plans, and ensure compliance with documentation, regulatory, and nursing standards.Train and Empower Staff : Participate in staff orientation, ongoing training, and professional development.Promote Safety and Quality : Participate in infection control practices, audits, and quality assurance programs.Respond with Expertise : Address care issues, changes in resident conditions, medical emergencies, and physician orders promptly and accurately.Collaborate and Innovate : Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and ancillary services to deliver efficient, resident-centered care.
