What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pick/Packer position at GreatStar|Arrow Fastener?
Job Requirements:
• A High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to read & understand basic work instructions.
• Understanding of basic tablet and RFID technology.
• Ability to drive pallet jack and/or forklift.
• Hands on and proactive.
• Ability to perform other tasks as needed.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Work overtime as required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Pick orders.
• Pack orders.
• Perform replenishments.
• Inspections and audits.
• Move material from stations and assist in pallet wrapping.
• Attend with a sense of urgency all and any task as needed to meet short tough shipping deadlines.
• Follow all general safety regulations, use provided safety equipment as required.
