Description
A full-service auto-repair shop serving the local and surrounding San Antonio communities, is looking for a solid Automotive Service Manager with a great attitude who is the keeper of values, the maintainer of standards, and the leader whom everyone in the shop follows. The person who fills this role will not only lead and manage all aspects of the shop, but they will also sell repairs to clients as needed to help the shop reach its sales goals.

Requirements
- Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty, transparency, and outstanding work.
- MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years’ Automotive Service Center Management experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Managers responsibilities.
- Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.
- Strong customer service and management skills.
- MUST HAVE 1 or more years’ experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.
