What to Expect as a Team Driver:

• Earn $1,700 – $2,100 per week
• Up to $0.68 CPM (Split) – Based on verified experience
• CPM bonus split for drivers who run over 5000 miles weekly
• Flexible home time

Your Role on the Road:

• Run 10–14 hour shifts
• Average 6,000 miles per week as a team
• 10-hour break per driver, per shift
• Pre-loaded trailers – no loading/unloading
• 100% No Touch Freight
• 72% Drop & Hook
• Take the truck home if needed
• General Dry Goods Freight

Requirements to Apply:

• Valid CDL-A with current DOT medical card
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience****** Drivers with less than 3 months must do OTR training before team driving
• Clean MVR – No major violations in the last 12 months
• Accidents: No more than 2 DOT-recordable accidents in 3 years, excluding major incidents like rear-end preventable or rollovers
• Traffic Violations: No commercial vehicle violations; up to 1 personal vehicle violation in the past 3 years is acceptable
