Blue Springs Downtown Alive!, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to revitalizing and preserving the historic charm of Downtown Blue Springs, MO, is seeking a passionate and dynamic Executive Director to lead our mission.

Responsibilities
Position Overview
As the Executive Director, you'll play a pivotal role in :
Managing programs and projects that support downtown revitalization.
Coordinating volunteer activities and fostering community involvement.
Implementing innovative marketing strategies and promotional events (think festivals, shopping days, and holiday-themed celebrations!).
Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, organizations, and government entities.
Overseeing day-to-day operations and representing Downtown Alive! locally, regionally, and nationally.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field such as public relations, marketing, or public administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and creative tools like Canva.
Strong skills in leadership, fundraising, event coordination, and time management.
Experience with Main Street Program Management and / or non-profit administration is a big plus!
Details :
Hours : 30 hours per week (weekdays, with some evenings and weekends required).
Salary : $30,000 per year.
Location : Downtown Blue Springs, MO.
