Greco is looking for a Business Manager in Shoreview!

This position is an onsite role in beautiful and established Shoreview. This property is a class Class A luxury apartment building.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure rents post by the 25th of each month, after a full audit of rents and rentable items
- Complete a full GL scrub at the conclusion of each financial month, documenting accruals and reclasses needed
- Create a variance report draft each month with comments on any budget variances for the Manager
- Review weekly delinquency reports, summarize for leadership team's review
- Send 2nd notices (14-day notices) for unpaid balances
- Submit uncollected balances to 3rd party collection group or conciliation court for judgement
- File eviction actions per monthly process as applicable
- Assist with RentCafe portal and work with Yardi to resolve any issues
- Process resident move-ins / outs
- Perform rental verifications
- Supports A / P team member with payable duties when requested
- Process annual CRP tax forms to send to residents
- Assist with 1099's to send to government and vendors
- Other duties as assigned
