Skills and Qualifications :
Required :
5 years of experience in a similar roleYardi experience preferredA background in managing complex systems, including HVAC, boilers, and other mechanical equipment, is essential, along with the ability to assess pricing, negotiate contracts, and drive operational efficiency.Must be competitive and self-motivated with a strong, independent work ethic.Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.Must be attentive to detail and adhere to company standards.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsValid Drivers License with a clean driving record requiredBenefits :
