As a Guest Experience Specialist , you'll be the welcoming face of the property, creating an exceptional experience for every guest. Your ability to anticipate needs, foster a sense of community, and coordinate seamless transitions will ensure a high standard of hospitality. By managing key aspects of the turnover process and cultivating meaningful connections, you'll help uphold the Greco Seal of Approval , where every property has its own unique story and personality.
Minimum Responsibilities
The essential function is to assist the General Manager in ensuring all Guests are 100% satisfied from before they move in to the day they move out by consistently delivering enthusiastic and gracious service.
- Coordinate the resident move-in experience from application to post-move-in
- Organize on and off-site social events
- Support Sales and Leasing
- Maintain responsive and courteous communication with the residents, applicants, co-workers and vendors.
- Manage all the day to day administration and organizational duties and tasks as assigned
- Monitor and sort all incoming and outgoing packages and parcels
- Respond and take action to resolve any issue impacting the regular day to day operations
- Manage in-unit Housekeeping services
- Contribute innovative ideas to the team for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction
- Post relevant content on Social Media
- Other duties as assigned
