Greco Properties is looking for a Part-Time Guest Experience Specialist for a diverse and unique community of guests in St.Louis Park, MN. The schedule for this role is Saturdays from either 10am-4pm, or 9am-5pm.
We are looking for a professional person who is outgoing, vibrant, engaging, hardworking, efficient, and who is very detail oriented to join our team. Micro managers, we are not. Therefore, we seek a self-starter who is responsive, engaged, and accountable as well as highly organized.
The Guest Experience Specialist will be the face of the property for all of our guests. They will oversee a variety of tasks to ensure the highest level of customer service in all guest relations, including but not limited to coordinating the details of the turnover process and promoting a strong sense of Community.
Minimum Responsibilities
The essential function is to assist the Property Manager in ensuring all Guests are 100% satisfied from before they move in to the day they move out by consistently delivering enthusiastic and gracious service.
- Coordinate the resident move-in experience from application to post-move-in
- Assisting with organizing on and off-site social events
- Support Sales and Leasing
- Maintain responsive and courteous communication with the residents, applicants, co-workers and vendors.
- Manage all the day to day administration and organizational duties and tasks as assigned
- Monitor and sort all incoming and outgoing packages and parcels
- Respond and take action to resolve any issue impacting the regular day to day operations
- Manage in-unit Housekeeping services
- Other duties as assigned

- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, detailed, organized and innovative
- Due to the nature of our business, weekend, holiday, and/or evening hours may be required
- Ability to work Saturdays
