Job Overview
The Director of Preconstruction will lead all preconstruction efforts, including estimating, budgeting, and planning, to ensure project success. This role requires strong leadership, industry expertise, and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preconstruction activities, including feasibility, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Develop and manage accurate cost estimates.
- Build and mentor a high-performing preconstruction team.

- Implement and optimize preconstruction tools and processes.
- Other duties as needed and assigned.
- Regular job-site attendance required.
