The Order Administrator will process all customer orders upon receipt. Also performs functions, such as, daily production and scrap numbers, grind and shipment numbers, verify and update WIP and Finished Goods inventory & to produce daily production sheets for Grede - Browntown personnel.
What You'll Do:
Process all customer purchase orders.
Review and process daily production, scrap and grind sheets.
Send, review, document and scan yearly customer satisfaction reports.
Print daily reports as required.
Communicate with customers through Phone or E-mail to verify all Purchase Orders received are correct.
Prepare daily schedules in Odyssey.
Contact customers with shortages.
Enter information into corporate data base as required.
Additional duties as may be required.

What We Need From You:
Minimum of completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be trained in computer operation to perform required duties within the job.
Must have the ability to communicate and possess interactive people skills.
