Salary : $18.00 / Hour Minimum

Report Times : 7 : 00am - 3 : 00pm
Daily Hours : 8 (7.5 Paid)
Work Year : 49 Weeks

Minimum Requirements :
Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma.
NOTE : Where education is lacking, clerical experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Position Summary / Responsibilities :
Inputs student schedules on computer;
Inputs grades and manages transcripts;
Inputs transcripts for transfer students;
Runs report cards and progress reports;
Records grade corrections;
Runs rank, GPA, and all grade reports;
Runs various data reports;
Updates class rosters;
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
